The Buyer’s Agent is a complete property solution and offers the following services:

Property Search & Acquisition. Acquisition. €500 retainer which is deductible from final successful invoice. Property purchase over €500,000 is 1%. Below €500,000 is 2%. Fees are subject to VAT at 23%.

Negotiation Only. If as a property buyer you have found your perfect home but unsure of how to go about negotiating successfully to acquire it, we offer a negotiation and overseeing the conveyancing service. €500 retainer deductible from fee of 0.5% plus VAT.

Investor Turnaround Service
For investors we offer a turnaround service by engaging various tradesmen to complete any work required in order to present your property at it’s best for the rental market. We arrange everying from repairs to purchase of furnishings. Fee 15% of total cost subject to a minimum Fee of €500.

Letting & Management
We offer a very successful letting and management service in the Dublin area. Fee 6% of annual rental income for letting & 6% of annual rental income for one year management plus VAT at 23%. No let, no fee.

We offer a comprehensive relocation service that not only finds our client their new home but we can arrange schools and advise on local childcare facilities for little ones and offer familiarisation tours for the individual or family that are moving to the area.
