• Charge another letting fee if the tenant leaves within the first twelve months

Managing

• Collect and monitor rents, send a monthly remittance and annual landlord ledger
• Attend to any issues the tenants may have in the apartment
• Carry out detailed interim inspections using a trusted software system
• Move out tenants and complete the final move out inspection

We don’t….

• Send out costly repair engineers before firstly calling ourselves to establish the exact issue
• Don’t charge a management fee during a period where the property is vacant
• Arrange repairs (unless an emergency) without first having notified you of the cost
